1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, accessing, or using any product, service, or program offered by Wealth Gateway LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. This includes all content, digital assets, software systems, consultations, and mentorship provided.

2. Scope of Services
Wealth Gateway LLC provides digital business coaching, mentorship, and consulting services, including but not limited to:
Custom-built websites and CRM (Client Relationship Management) systemsBusiness funding mentorship and educationAccess to proprietary training platforms, templates, scripts, and strategiesLender databases, client acquisition tools, and deal submission systemsGroup coaching, onboarding, and digital tools for business growth
Services are delivered either immediately (e.g., digital access) or progressively (e.g., custom setup).
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate personal and business information
Complete onboarding in a timely manner
Not share, resell, or distribute proprietary materials or login access
Follow the instructions and recommendations provided in the training
Make all payments as agreed upon
4. Payment Terms
All payments are due in full at the time of enrollment unless a custom payment plan is agreed to in writing. By enrolling, you agree to pay the full program amount.
Failure to complete payment may result in:
Access suspensionThird-party collectionsLegal enforcement of your agreement
Wealth Gateway LLC reserves the right to charge late fees or send delinquent accounts to collections.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED
once access is granted to any digital product, CRM system, website, training materials, or proprietary intellectual property.
This policy exists because:
Access to digital and licensed content is non-reversible
CRM systems and websites are custom-built and labor-intensive
Coaching and consulting sessions are time-based and consumed upon delivery
Your purchase confirms your agreement to this policy, which is stated during the webinar, at checkout, and within these Terms.
6. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Filing a chargeback after receiving access to our services is a
breach of contract
and will be pursued through documentation, legal action, and/or collections.
We provide clear communication, receipts, onboarding records, login activity, and deliverables to defend against invalid chargebacks.
7. Intellectual Property Protection
All content, tools, training materials, CRM structures, scripts, templates, and digital assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Wealth Gateway LLC.
You are granted a
limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license
for your personal business use. Any resale, distribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Wealth Gateway LLC makes no guarantees of income or results. Your success depends on your own effort, actions, and execution.
In no case shall Wealth Gateway LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services, training platform, CRM, and other systems at any time due to:
Breach of these TermsAbusive or unethical behaviorNon-payment or chargeback activity
10. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the
State of Florida
. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of
Orange County, Florida
.
