REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Wealth Gateway  LLC has a no refund policy. 


Since the products made available are intangible, we cannot accept any request for refunds. As our service are digital products, it is deemed "used" after being emailed, downloaded and/or opened.


Digital Product Refund Policy:

No Refunds Upon Consumption: Wealth Gateway LLC delivers digital products immediately to the email provided to us upon purchase. Once the digital product has been delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds if the product has been consumed or accessed by the customer.

Refunds for Unreceived: We understand that technical issues may arise during the delivery process. In the event that you have not received the digital product within 24 hours of purchase please contact our customer support team at [email protected] for assistance. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and provide you access with an updated email if necessary.

Non-Refundable Products: Certain digital products may be marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase due to their nature or customization. These products will be clearly identified, and no refunds will be provided unless they are not received or if duplicate purchases happen.

Fulfillment Policy: Fulfillment is considered immediately consumed upon purchase of a digital product. If you purchased a consulting service it will be fulfilled throughout the timeframe specified of the coaching service you signed up for.

Policy Changes: Wealth Gateway LLC reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
